Le Chai

                                                          softly welcome to 2 persons

•  Rental runs from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am.  In the mid and low seasons can be more flexible – please consult us.
• Local holidays tax,
• Water, electricity/heating up to 8Kw per day
• Cleaning products for washing machine and dishwasher, and welcome pack
• Garden room and barbecue
• Access to the shared swimming pool (12m x 6m) (alarmed) from June to September, common at the two gites and owners
• Internet - Wifi

Additional Charges

• Electricity/heating of more than 8Kw by day, calculated from the meter and charged at current, basic EDF rates
• Bed-linen and towels, if required (mattress cover and valance are clean on arrival) :
  • Sheets, mattress covers and pillowcases : 16 € /by change/bed in 160 in Le Chai,
  • 16 €/by change/by bed in 180, 10€ /bed in 90 
  • Towels : 8 € by person / by change                                                 

•  End of stay cleaning – on request : Le Cantou 60 € , Le Chai 50 €

Deposit : 30% of rental charge to be paid on reservation and the balance to be paid one month before arrival, or the entire amount if booking less than one month prior to arrival.  A receipt will be sent to you.

Deposit for brakages and damage (held during your stay and returned at departure, less any deductions for brakages or damage); Le Cantou 500 €, Le Chai 400 € .

Obligatory Insurance : The tenant is required to ensure the rental accomodation. He must verify if his contract of habitation provides resort (holidays rental) extension. Otherwise, he must apply to insurance or agree a contrat clause as "holidays rental".
This certificate is to send, at the latest, with the balance of the rental, a month before going into the place.

Animals are not allowed

To preserve the spot'quietness, for reasons of health and hygiene, animals are not allowed.

Only the horses are welcome and will be received free of charge on our meadows, dependent for their landlord to materialize, and secure the enclosure for their safety and towards strangers.
